7. Shipping & Delivery

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customisable nature of press-on nails, returns are not accepted due to a change in design or shape preferences by the customer.

9.1 Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to return online orders within 14 days of receiving goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • opened press-on nail products;

  • used nail products;

  • opened adhesives or glue products;

  • personalised or custom-made items.

9.2 Eligible Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused;

  • remain in original packaging;

  • be in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

9.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may request photographs before processing a refund or replacement.

10. Nail Adhesive & Safety Disclaimer

Our products may include cosmetic adhesives and materials that could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

  • products should not be used on damaged or infected nails or skin;

  • adhesives should not come into contact with eyes or mouth.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
